CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Recently, the retailer has been under heat for changing their delivery options.
Starting August 19, Plus members will only get access to free shipping if they order a minimum of $50.
Before that date, there was no minimum order amount to secure the free delivery.
Many shoppers feel the memberships aren't worth the steep price point.
This is resulting in folks downgrading their Plus memberships or dropping them altogether.
