Has anyone ordered baby clothes from Hazel and Bo? Got an Instagram ad and their outfits look adorable but everything is on sale which seems odd so just wondering if anyone has ordered from them before? Is quality good, etc?

I ordered - what I ordered was pretty thin but not terrible quality…I just thought the pants and shirt would be a thicker material

I ordered from here in early Jan. Just arrived today. Quality is alright, material is a little on the thinner side, but not terrible - at least from looking at them, my EDD isn’t until August and I purchase one 3-6M and one 6-12M item, so I wont be using them for a bit to really tell. I did notice the package shipped with the from sender as AliExpress, so they certainly utilize a third party seller for their items which isn’t advertised on their website (not that I could see at least). And it ships from Singapore which makes sense on the nearly 4 week shipping time ��.

haha, I agree! I was under a similar impression. I likely wouldn’t order from them again based on feeling it to be a bit deceitful - and I feel you can get better equality items for similar pricing at places like Old Navy where you can at least see it before purchasing! Or support a real local, smaller business for not too much more $.

I would advise against ordering from this scan company. I placed an order and about 2 weeks after I emailed asking to cancel as I no longer needed the item. Dianne emails me saying she will check if it can be cancelled because my item has “already shipped”. Yet i had never received a shipment email and told her that. Days go by and I emailed again to follow up. Now Dianne tells me the item will be restocked in a few days and asks me if I want a store credit or to change for another item. I say no and ask for a refund again, stating that their policy says I can cancel if it hasn’t shipped. Instead of getting a reponse back I get a “your order has shipped” email.
So from it not being shipped, to being shipped, to being out of stock and then to getting a shipment email… this company is a scam! Won’t give my money back AND they just dropship from China which you can literally find on Aliexpress and will wait the same amount of time. I own a small shop myself and I cannot believe this is how some “owners” do things.
