Getting to Mercy Destinations

How do I get to the Mercy Medical Center campus in Baltimore?

Mercy Medical Center’s Downtown campus is comprised of three main buildings. Driving directions and parking information are available online:

The Bunting Center (Main Hospital) is located at 345 St. Paul Place in Baltimore, Maryland.

McAuley Plaza is located at 301 St. Paul Place in Baltimore.

The Weinberg Center at Mercy is located at 227 St. Paul Place in Baltimore.

What are the parking rates?

Mercy offers three convenient parking garages, interconnected to the Hospital and its main buildings.

Self-park fees at Mercy’s garages for validated patient and visitor tickets:

First 30 minutes: Free
30 minutes - 1½ hours: $ 5.00
1½ - 5 hours: $ 7.00
5-24 hours: $11.00

Valet parking is available for $10 at the main entrance of:

How do I get to a Mercy Personal Physicians location?

How can I find information about departments and services at Mercy?

Can I access my health information online?

Yes - Mercy provides MyChartfor outpatient and inpatient health information. MyChart offers patients online access to your health care records and gives you the ability to manage your appointments, medications and more.

Can I get my prescription filled at Mercy?

Outpatient pharmacy prescriptions can be filled at Walgreens Pharmacy, inside the Lobby of McAuley Plaza. It is open Monday-Saturday. You can reach Walgreens Pharmacy at Mercy by calling 410-625-2618 or you can have your prescription faxed to 410-625-6213.

I am scheduled to have surgery at Mercy. What do I need to know to prepare?

Surgical patients should bring identification and their insurance card. Valuables should be left at home. Information specific to your surgery should be sent to you by your doctor’s office. If you have questions, you should contact your doctor’s office directly.

What are visiting hours for inpatients?

General visiting hours are between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm; however, hours vary by floor. Please refer to Mercy'scurrentvisitor information and policiesfor additional information or check with the nursing staff or our information desk staff at 410-332-9555.

How can I get in touch with a patient?

To obtain information on a patient’s room location or to be transferred by phone to their room, call 410-332-9555.Patients must give permission for visitors and incoming phone calls.

How do I obtain a copy of my medical records or birth certificate?

Medical records are managed by Mercy's Health Information Services Department. Learn moreabout obtaining a copy of your medical records or birth certificate.

About Our Campus

Are there places to eat on the Mercy campus?

There are several eaterieson campus. Mercy is also neighbor to 5-star restaurants, quaint cafés, coffee shops and bistros offering a wide selection of dishes including local seafood specialties, international cuisine and traditional American favorites. Many of these restaurants are within a 10-minute walk from the hospital.

Is Mercy a smoke-free campus?

In an effort to create a healthier environment for our patients, staff and visitors, Mercy’s downtown campus is a smoke-free campus.

The non-smoking policy includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, and electronic nicotine delivery devices/e-cigarettes.

The Mercy Downtown campus includes:

  • All private offices
  • All public or private restrooms
  • All entrances into the Medical Center including Weinberg, McAuley and Bunting Center circles
  • The Bunting Center grassy knoll (North of the Bunting Center main entrance)
  • The Emergency Department deck
  • All Mercy parking garages and parking lots

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, most Mercy bills can be paid online using MyChart Mercy.

Does Mercy offer financial assistance to patients?

Mercy offers patients financial assistance for those who are uninsured and ineligible for federal medical assistance. Payment plans are available and/or a patient can be put on a sliding scale which would allow a percentage of assistance depending on their eligibility under current guidelines.
