@Hullshow When has @comcast ever put the customer first? I can't get the channel(s) I want without moving to another tier and meanwhile I have a package that probably has 20+ channels that I've never watched or knew existed.

@ayyysquared @MadisonU After a decade of suffering through AT&T cable, I decided that trying Xfinity couldnโt be worse. Best decision I made; Xfinity was GREAT! Then we moved here and have Centurylink, which is again pretty awful. Iโd go back to Xfinity in a heartbeat.

@comcast when several people in same zip code are consistently losing service then it likely is not the modem. Outages in 30071 are a way of life with you. Cannot wait for AT&T fiber

@Comcast -- Jesus H. Christ!!! You have worst IVR in the world!!!! I'm trying to reach a CSR to answer Yes or No to a simple question!!!!! Can't get through to a human without going through all your IVR bullsh*t. Damn, fix it so people can get to a human.

I hate xfinity. Never had problems like this with a modem before. Reset modem 5 times then it works for 30 minutes
